6.      Helps buffer body pH to a healthy alkalinity. A slightly alkaline body pH level (between 7.35 and 7.45) is essential for good health and optimal immune function. FIRST YEAR NCD PROTOCOL

NCD works most effectively when you do 3 simple things every time you take it. I know you want the most effect and "bang-for-the-buck", so this is what you do to make that happen:

1) START SMART

-Drink I ounce of water for every 2 pounds of body weight for several days before you start NCD, AND every day while you are taking it.

2) FOR BEST RESULTS, TAKE AS DIRECTED

-Take 500 100 mg of Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid or citric acid powder, available in grocery and health food stores) with every dose.

-Put NCD drops in an 8oz glass of water, rather than on the tongue, if possible. It disperses and absorbs best this way.

3) START SMALL, WORK YOUR WAY UP

-Begin with a small dose and add more as your system responds well to it. If you have discomfort, drink more water, and if you have any concerns, please call me. I know many product experts who we can contact that have a lot of experience in the detoxification process, especially with NCD. As far as starting on the product, here is the protocol they have found to work best:

TO SUM UP

       You need to drink water! 1 ounce for every pound of body weight is a good start. NCD is mildly diuretic; you need at least this much water every day for it to work properly and be eliminated from the body easily. If you have detox effects headache, tiredness, flu-like symptoms DRINK MORE WATER.

       If symptoms last more than 7 10 days, or are very uncomfortable, drop back to the previous dosage. If symptoms persist, call me and your doctor.

       -Most detox symptoms end in a few days and are not severe. Many people report feeling they are "sick, but in a good way", meaning they can feel the benefit of getting the toxins out of their bodies, even if it is a bit uncomfortable.

       If at any time during the year you have discomfort, or feel that the protocol isnt working for you, please call me. You may need a break, or to change dosage. Your own body is your very best guide.

YEAR 2 AND BEYOND

       If you have amalgam fillings, stay on the same protocol until 1 year after they have all been removed. You have the highest risk of mercury poisoning and the very greatest benefit from using NCD.

       If your third urine challenge test (see www.ncdheavymetaltest.com) shows the same type of levels as the first two, you will want to stay on the Year 1 Protocol until you have had 2 tests six months apart that show no or low excretion levels.
